Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find details about how we handle production, shipping, and delivery for all orders placed through our store.


Order Processing & Production Times

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print on demand partner.
This allows us to offer eco-friendly original designs without mass production, but it also means production time is required before an item ships.

Estimated Production Time:
2–7 business days (varies by product type and print provider)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order has been produced and shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order.

Estimated Shipping Timeframes:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen service disruptions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the specific items in your cart, their production partner, and your shipping address.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items are printed at different production locations. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.


Wrong Address or Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@squidinkinferno.com.

We can update the address only if production has not begun.
After production starts, we are unable to modify or reroute the shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at support@squidinkinferno.com with your order number.

  2. For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We will work with our partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement when eligible.


International Orders & Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees once the package arrives in your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not able to predict or control customs-related delays or fees.


Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we happily replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
