Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! Because all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retail stores. Please read the details below.


Made-to-Order Products

All items in our store are produced specifically for you as soon as you place an order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Choosing the wrong color or design

Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at support@squidinkinferno.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue (the item and the packaging)

Once received, we’ll review your claim and submit a replacement request to our printer.
Replacements are typically processed quickly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are produced on demand, we can only modify or cancel an order before production begins.

If you need a change, contact us immediately at support@squidinkinferno.com.
We’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will work with our printer and the shipping carrier to investigate and, when eligible, send a replacement.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received are typically not eligible for replacement, but we encourage you to reach out so we can help troubleshoot.


Returns for Refunds

Since our POD provider does not accept returns of printed products, we cannot offer refunds unless:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is incorrectly printed

  • The wrong item was shipped

In these cases, a replacement or refund will be issued.


Color Variations Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen settings and the print-on-demand process, slight color variations may occur.
This is not considered a defect.
